Santé's business development today focuses on enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its distributors through business development classes, leadership training, teamwork enhancement and other related programs. It also has an on-the-job training program for students who want to venture into distribution, and tie-ups with business schools and consultants for the mutual development of entrepreneurial skills.
